Schedule a complimentary
consultation in our office with one of our designers by calling
or visiting one of our showrooms.
To give you the best service possible at the consultation,
please bring with you an existing floor plan of your space, or
bring a rough sketch of the rooms that you want to design.
Please include in your sketch the dimensions of each wall and
where existing appliances are. Feel free to bring anything else
you think we should see or be informed of to discuss your
project and its full potential.
At this meeting we will give you an 80-85% accurate itemized
estimate for your project - or we can tell you what can be done
to meet a budget that you have already determined. When you are
comfortable and ready to proceed, you provide us with a retainer
(amount specific to individual project). we will then visit your
home to take precise measurements,
gather related information and begin designing. The design
process is typically 3 to 4 weeks and when you are completely
satisfied with the design, material selections, fixtures and
appliances, we draw up a contract and schedule the work.

Cabinetry arrives precisely 14
weeks from the date the order is placed.

Installation is typically 5 to
7 weeks, depending on the project size.

In order to establish the most
time sensitive schedule, we take into consideration the
project scope of work as well as the longest lead time.
Using
AAI for construction
We offer our construction services as a convenient option for
you. Should you decide to use someone else, we are happy to only
provide design, planning, furnishing, cabinets, fixtures and
appliances.
Using
your own designer or architect
We will gladly work with your designer or architect. Have them
contact our office and we will provide them with the information
they need to incorporate Poggenpohl in the best way possible.
